Passion, Innovation
& Experience
The Racing Development Team works day and night to provide athletes with perfect technical conditions at the highest level to contribute to success in the best possible way. In racing, it‘s all about giving everything you have! The passion to push boundaries, make the impossible possible, compete with others, and ultimately win every race is what makes Nordic ski racing so fascinating. Let us take you with us into the world of racing at Fischer.
"Racing stands for daily
development. The athletes
give everything to be
successful."
Gerhard Urain, Head of Nordic Racing
"The athletes expect the same commitment from us. That means our goal is to develop better and better equipment to support them in achieving their goals. Thanks to the input of the athletes and service people, combined with our own ideas, a wide variety of things are tested. The products that work best in racing are marked with the RACE CODE and are then sold in sports shops."
Gerhard Urain, Head of Nordic Racing

Collaboration
The Fischer athletes dedicate their entire lives to skiing and success. They achieve incredible things day after day, make many sacrifices and invest countless hours of training to get one step closer to their dream. Our racing development team works in a similar way. It consists of extremely skilled and imaginative people who work intensively with the athletes and service people. With a mix of experience, innovation, intuition, creativity, passion, sacrifice and conviction, they do everything they can to give the athletes the perfect setup and help them achieve their goals in the best possible way.

Not only the best athletes in the world benefit from the innovative work of our racing team. Most of the innovations developed, tested and established in the World Cup are soon integrated into other Fischer products. This means that hobby skiers also benefit from this and are out on the trails with the best possible equipment.
